Bled

Here come the pictures stemming from my scientific trip to Ljubljana in Slovenia. The Liquid Matter Conference was simply outstanding! Ljubljana is an absolutely lovely and picturesque city! It was a pure joy to explore/photograph the Slovenian Capital especially early in the morning and around the sunset where lightning is at its best! What a feast for the eyes to see sites such as Franciscan Church of the Annunciation, the nice Ljubljana Castle, Ljubljanica River, the captivating arty street Trubarjeva cesta, etc. I also had the chance to visit the fantastic Bled Lake and the nearby mesmerizing Vintgar Gorge. All in all, my visit in Slovenia was a blast! Last but not least, I thank all the nice and friendly local people I met there who allowed/invited me to picture them.
