Lencois Maranhenses

This album focuses on the marvelous Lencois Maranhenses National Park. These are breathtaking dunes with dispersed lagoons yielding spectacular and dreamy landscapes. One can wonder why such an outstanding protected park has not obtained a UNESCO World Heritage Site designation yet. Needless to say that it was an immense joy to shoot this fantastic present of our Mother Nature.
